Launching The Hotsauce Lab
We've got something new — a format that's here to stay: the Hotsauce Lab.
A workshop where you build your own hot sauce from scratch — with us, surrounded by ferments, peppers, and flavor experiments. For groups, for company events, for anyone who wants to see what happens behind the scenes instead of just the finished bottle on the shelf.
The start: August 15, with a first test run — after that, the Lab runs regularly, and it's also bookable for private groups.
The start: a test run, before it goes regular
Before we roll the Lab out widely, we're running the first round on August 15 with a small group — honest instead of overhyped. So you're not just participants, you're part of the first generation that tells us what works and what doesn't yet. As a thank you, expect some cool goodies and a few surprises on top.
After that, the Hotsauce Lab keeps running regularly — and it's also bookable anytime for private groups: as a team event, a birthday program, or just because you're in the mood for a different kind of afternoon.
What you'll actually get
How to build your hot sauce We'll show you how fermentation actually works — the process behind every one of our sauces since we started in 2021. No dry lecture, all hands-on: you'll taste your way through different peppers, ferments, and flavors before deciding what goes into your bottle.
Your sauce, your style A long list of ingredients — fresh, frozen, fermented — is ready to go. You put together what matches your taste. Nobody tells you how hot "hot enough" is.
Groups of 4 to 16 Whether it's a team event, a birthday program, or just hanging out with friends who've always wanted to know why your sauces are so good — the Lab works for smaller and bigger groups, hands-on and personal from start to finish.
Why we're doing this
Because we've been saying for a while: "No Bullshit Inside" doesn't just mean full ingredient transparency on the label. It also means showing how it's really done instead of keeping it a secret. The Hotsauce Lab is the most consistent version of that — you stand at the same table where we develop our sauces and make your own thing out of it.
Join in
The test run on August 15 has limited spots, because it's meant to stay hands-on and personal — no 50-person mass processing. After that, the Hotsauce Lab runs regularly, and you can book it for your own group anytime.
