Club S.P.I.C.E. members get two free shipping vouchers with each box to be used on any other orders they make that are over CHF20. This means it's easy to pick up any limited edition drops! The free shipping threshold for non-members is CHF60.

What is Club SPICE?

Club SPICE has been designed specifically for culinary adventurers who love experimenting with bold flavors and discovering handcrafted spices and hot sauces.

It's also for people who want to be actively involved in what products we create and how Gipfelhirsch evolves. Your subscription gives us a stable foundation, which is incredibly valuable for a small Swiss manufactory like ours. In return, we ask for your feedback on new ideas and take your input seriously when making important decisions.

Essentially, Club SPICE members become the beating heart of Gipfelhirsch. The inner circle. The Pioneers.

Is Club SPICE available outside Switzerland?

Not yet. Club SPICE is currently only available to customers based in Switzerland. However, if you're outside Switzerland and really want in, send us a message – we might be able to work something out!

When will I receive my boxes?

Your initiation box will be billed immediately and dispatched within 3-5 working days. After that, you'll fall into our regular quarterly schedule which runs as follows:

  • 1st March
  • 1st June
  • 1st September
  • 1st December

Can I choose what goes in my box?

Not directly. However, all members of Club SPICE get to vote on what we develop in our Discord community, and as a result, what is likely to go into future boxes. You're helping shape the journey!

How much does it cost?


Club SPICE is billed at CHF 55 per quarter. That includes your boxes, exclusive access to our Discord community, early tastings, and special perks like free shipping vouchers.

Is there a trial or single-box option?

Currently we do not offer a trial version or a single-box option. The service is provided excluisvely through the regular supscription model, which ensures consistent access to the curated box contents.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription by accessing the customer portal.

When will I get my first box and second box?

Everyone gets the initiation box, which is dispatched within 3-5 working days of your order. After that, your next box depends on when you sign up.

Each box is billed on a fixed quarterly schedule (1st March, 1st June, 1st September, 1st December) with a 10-day cut-off to avoid people getting two big bills right next to each other.

So if you order 25+ days before the next billing date, you'll get the initiation box and the one immediately after that. If you order within 10 days of the next billing date, you'll get the initiation box, skip that upcoming box, and get the one that bills in 3 months' time.

Message us if that doesn't make sense!

What's in each box?

Each box contains a rotating selection of Gipfelhirsch spices, hot sauces, and limited-edition experimental products (think: ferments, jams, special dips). Plus extras like pins, stickers, recipe cards, and occasional collabs with other Swiss food artisans.

And remember – we're on a time-travel journey! Year 1 is all about 80s New Wave vibes with bold neon. Who knows where we'll land next? 🚀

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime through the customer portal. We'd hate to see you go, but we understand life happens.
