Snacks & Tastings

Snacks and other beers to try while you brew

Seven hours. A batch of beer. Brewed by the group, for the group.

The Brew Lab takes you through the entire brewing process from scratch — grinding the grain, mashing, boiling, and filling the fermenter — with the group deciding together what beer to brew and which flavours and accents to add along the way. While you brew, there are snacks and other beers to taste. Your beer then ferments and gets bottled, ready for pickup about four weeks later, shared equally between participants with a choice of customised labels.

Groups of 4 to 20 people are welcome.
