These and many other questions are answered in the the Spice Lab.In this course you will learn the theory of the complex world of spices and combine it directly with practice - with 2 spice mixtures to mix yourself and take home.
- Duration of the course (incl. aperitif): approx. 2.5 hours
- Participants: we recommend group sizes of 4 - 20 participants.
- Teams of 2-4 participants will mix spices themselves according to a rough guide - creativity is required here!
