What is sumac? What is the difference between cassia and cinnamon? How do I prepare spices? And how do I store them? What spices go in my mix? These and many other questions are answered in the the Spice Lab.
In this course you will learn the theory of the complex world of spices and combine it directly with practice - with 2 spice mixtures to mix yourself and take home.- Duration of the course (incl. aperitif): approx. 2.5 - 3 hours
- Participants: we recommend group sizes of 4 - 20 participants.
- Each participant will mix spices according to a rough guide - creativity is required here!
- Cost per person: CHF 85, but at least CHF 340
