Our fresh, lacto-fermented hot sauces are produced in small batches with local ingredients right here in Zürich - Swiss Quality guaranteed. But be careful - once a batch is gone, it's gone. Since we produce this as a seasonal product, you should grab it while you can.

Every bottle comes from our small batch production right here in Zürich, Switzerland. Being our hottest sauce, Death by Curry combines Carolina Reapers with Indian spices for a dangerously delicious experience.

Fruits & Veggies in a Spicy Sauce
We strive to create absolutely unique flavor combinations in our sauces. Combining this with fermentation means we can leverage a broad range of raw ingredients and develop truly yummy sauces.
When cherry meets incredible maple syrup - this is how our Cherry Bomb Hotsauce was born. What may sound simple is a well balanced sauce that is salty, sour, sweet and packs umami. Then there is the smokiness of our Blueberry Kiss hotsauce. This one is very interesting - we don't smoke the sauce but rather the added onion and garlic mixed with the blueberries creates a natural smokiness in the sauce. Lastly, we teamed up with the Fermento Brewery to create a Beer-BBQ sauce with a hint of spiciness. Being our mildest sauce it has Stout-like caramel-notes and only leaves a slight tingling sensation from the chilies. Perfect for dark meats, a sandwich topper or mixed in with a mayo.
