Return Policy

You have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. We can only accept items that are intact and unopened. Additionally, you will need your order number from this shop to ensure we can correctly match your information.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at orders@gipfelhirsch.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you all the necessary return details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at orders@gipfelhirsch.com.

The return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and correct it. Simply send us an email at orders@gipfelhirsch.com with your order details, so we can trace what happened with your package and where it went.

Workshops and Events

Gipfelhirsch GmbH offers various workshops and events. By booking a workshop or event, the customer submits a binding offer to enter into a contract. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the booking by Gipfelhirsch GmbH via email.

Cancellation Policy for Workshops and Events:

  • Cancellations up to 30 days prior to the event date are free of charge. The customer will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations from 29 days up to the day before the event (by 11:59 PM on the previous day) will be charged 50% of the booking price.

  • In the event of a no-show or cancellation on the day of the event itself, 100% of the booking price will be charged.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@gipfelhirsch.com. The receipt of the cancellation notice by Gipfelhirsch GmbH is decisive for compliance with the cancellation deadline.

Gipfelhirsch GmbH reserves the right to cancel workshops and events due to insufficient participation or other important reasons. In this case, the customer will be informed immediately and will receive a full refund. Any further claims are excluded.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (like special orders or personalized items), gift cards, or Spice Lab tickets. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Within two business days, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, as this is beyond our control.
