Cascara Cordial

Discover a whole new side of coffee with our Cascara Cordial Mix – a fruity, tangy cordial base made from dried husks and pulps of the red arabica coffee cherry (variety: Catigua). This dry mix combines shelf stable ingredients into a refreshing experience you can prepare at home, hot or cold, with the freshest aromas.

This cordial is made in collaboration with Foodflows, who source the raw ingredients directly from the farm. Thanks to a careful drying process on the farm of Diogo Dias, the cascara retains its natural hibiscus and lime notes, as well as its vibrant red hue. Add water, boild & steep, strain – et voilà: your homemade cascara cordial is ready to enjoy. Ideal for mixing with sparkling water, in cocktails, or even as a mocktail base. We say Mate 2.0!
