A new, exquisite variant of high-quality pepper to enjoy. Freshly harvested young pepper is fermented with floral sea salt by our pepper farmer directly on the farm. The result: Slightly salty, fresh peppercorns with a pleasant, ethereal herbal note that you can bite into. A pepper mill is not necessary, this pepper melts in your mouth with a crunch.
