It is our goal to help with your problems & questions as quickly as possible - that's why we've added our FAQ down below, where you can find the most common solutions, without having to contact support.
How do I log in to my account?
At the top of the home page you will find the “Account” section. Here you can register or log in with your login data.
How do I register for a new account?
Here you can set up a customer account quickly and easily. To do this, click on the “Register now” link at the bottom right of the login page.
I forgot my password
You have a button to reset your password on the log in page. Click it and enter your email adress you used to register and a rest link will be sent to you.
Your website looks funny
Our pages are optimized for the current versions of the following browsers: Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the pages will function properly with other browsers or versions that are not up-to-date.
Is there a minimum order?
Nope. But if your order is more than CHF 40 we will ship your order for free (within CH).
I didn't get an order confirmation
Maybe your e-mail address was wrong or there were connection problems in the ordering process? From time to time the order confirmations end up in the spam folder. If you can’t find anything there, please contact email@example.com
How can I cancel my order?
As long as the package has not yet been sent, everything is possible. Write to us via Whatsapp on +41 79 900 33 99 or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
I forgot to buy an article
As long as your order has not yet been registered as paid in our system, we can add a forgotten article manually. Unfortunately, if it has already been paid for, we cannot make this change, as we have automated processes. Contact us anyway and we can add another order to your shipment.
As long as you let us know in time, we can send everything to you in one package. Contact us and we will find a solution together.
Do you offer giftwrapping?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer gift wrapping. But we are happy to prepare a handwritten card to include in the package. To do this, add the “Personal Card” to your shopping cart and add your text in the comment line during the checkout process. We try to write beautifully, promise! 😇
Which payment methods do you offer?
You can pay by bank transfer (payment in advance), Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
Can I buy on account?
What about Twint?
We are currently trying to activate Twint payments. Please be patient.
Do I get an Invoice?
Yes, you can see your invoice on your account. If you do not have an account, you are welcome to send us a short email to email@example.com.
I am missing my parcel
Don’t worry! We’ll find it together. Please check your address details in your order. Our team will be happy to help you. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver within the EU + Great Britain to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Sweden, Spain, United Kingdom (UK), Cyprus.
However, there may be customs clearance costs that you have to bear yourself.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes of course! Please contact us before placing your order so that we can find a suitable date. You can then select free pickup in the order and pick up your order at Zwirnereistrasse 22, 8304 Wallisellen on the agreed date. We always look forward to your visit!
What does shipping cost?
You can select your preferred shipping method in the checkout process. The options are:
B – Post → CHF3.50
A – Post → CHF5.50
A hint: Shipping is free within Switzerland on order over CHF40.
International (to EU countries) → CHF7.00
How long is my order going to take to get to me?
We try to prepare your order as soon as possible. Normally this takes 1-2 business days. Then there is the sending of the parcel. Depending on the shipping method, this can take another 1-2 days. You usually have your package faster than expected.
Products & Packaging
How big are the spices? After all, they need to fit in my spicerack!
We know the problem well – a spice rack that is mixed with all sorts of ‘don’t quite fit jars’. Don’t worry, we got you covered: you can get empty jars in our shop to refill your other spices to match.
Our products fit in all standard cabinets and shelves.
How do you feel about sustainability? More information on our /Packaging page
We are an e-commerce company. This means that the topic of sustainability is all around us and we take it extremely seriously.
We have designed our product packaging in such a way that we fully embody this mantra with local products from sustainable production. We don’t use disposable plastic.
You can also continue to use our cork jars. Check out our /packaging page for some inspiration.
Furthermore, the issue of shipping boxes and packaging material is important to us – we have also included the sustainability issue here. Our packaging materials are made from recycled materials and are fully recyclable.
Why are the labels different colours?
The design language of our products is extremely important to us. And above all, you should keep track. So that you don’t get confused, we have defined a color depending on the ‘Mix number’. The spice mixtures have strong, spicy colors and the syrups have lighter, dilutable colors.
The pure spices are kept rather subtle, but all are sufficiently provided with a mix number on the cork so that you can keep track of them.
