How it's done

Cut the lemons in half.
Season the salmon with pepper and lightly dust with flour.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the salmon on both sides for 3–6 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Add the lemon halves, cut side down, to the pan and let them caramelize for about 2 minutes.
Plate the salmon with the roasted lemons. Sprinkle fresh Edesia over the hot fish and finish with a touch of Fleur de Sel. Done!
