Potato Patties
We love potatoes. In all forms: rösti, baked, mashed, fried, or as crispy fritters. And if plain boiled potatoes just don’t cut it for you anymore – it’s time you met our potato patties.
These little golden bites are a flavor-packed upgrade, combining complex spice with a soft-inside, crispy-outside texture. Perfect for brunch, as a side dish, or cold at your next picnic.
Serve them with crème fraîche and your favorite hot sauce for the full experience.

How it's done
Boil the potatoes for about 20 minutes, then drain, cool, and peel. Press them through a potato ricer.
Finely dice the onion and garlic, then sauté gently in butter until soft.
Add the egg yolk, potato starch, onion, and garlic to the potatoes and knead everything into a smooth dough. Season generously with salt, pepper, and thyme. Shape the mixture into 8 patties and seal the edges well.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
Serve with sour cream sauce – or better yet, a spicy dip of your choice.
