For smaller groups, we offer the Spice Lab spice mixing workshop right in Wallisellen, in our Gipfelhirsch Headquarters. Here, you can enjoy course with up to 8 people in a cozy atmosphere. In this 3 hour long course you will learn the theory of the complex world of spices and combine it directly with practice - with 2 spice mixtures to mix yourself and take home.
