Coriander seed is wonderfully fragrant and brings pleasant citrus tones to your dish. While some may not like the leaves of the coriander plant, the seeds bring a very different flavor. Coriander seed is also often used for baking and can harmonize wonderfully in fruit bread. In Indian cuisine, coriander seed is often used in spice blends. We like the combination with smoky notes best, such as our smoked salt or Chipotle

Our corks originate from Portugal are are a mixed press cork, which means that offcuts and otherwise unusable cork is combined into a food-safe closure for our jars.

Our labels are made from cane sugar fiber (95%) and 5% hemp and linen. The matt labels are printed with organic ink.
