About

We hardly know a dish that doesn't need at least a little spiciness, but sometimes you don't need the biggest kick - our crushed chili flakes are there to save the day. These flakes, made from Tianjin chilies, are slightly fruity and pleasantly hot (the most widespread chilli in the world; a capsicum annuum). The flakes bring you the well-known chilli taste without covering anything up. I looove me a bit of spice!
